Shipping

We usually shipping Via USPS, EMS, DHL and so on.After ship out,We will send you tracking number ,so that you can track your package by yourself at any time . Shipping dates on the way around 7-12 days (peak season may delay, but won't too much time). Please make sure your shipping address and zip code is correct. If any mistake, please contact with us to revise before shipping. About the customs clear, Generally is free , so no need worry about the pick up problem please!
Customized products take 10-15 days to make. After completing the production, we will send product photos to you for confirmation. Only after you complete the confirmation, we will arrange to send it out.

International Shipping

Our Store has adopted the international shipping solution to allow you to easily shop from and ship to any of the countries listed below. You can now shop our site in your selected currency and see your complete order total, including shipping fees, payment fee when you check out. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed at the exchange rate indexed when you placed your order. You will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.

Easy 60-Days Returns

We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the actual order amount paida, within sixty (60) days of receipt of the item(s).

Return Conditions
If you want to apply a return, please first contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc.

  1. Within 60 days you can enjoy return service, over the period required we will not to return or exchange.
  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item thatā€™s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  5. If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us, our customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours.

Customized Return & Refund

Customized products cannot be fully refunded due to production costs and other reasons. Thanks for your understandingļ¼

  1. Please make sure that the information you submit is what you ultimately want to be printed on the correct jersey.
  2. If it is our fault, such as out of stock, product quality, or printing errors, we will cancel your order and give you a refund of 50% of the product cost and a full refund of shipping costs.
  3. In addition to the above problems, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  4. Please note, Plusjerseys may reject and cancel any customization order for any reason, including for messages that are deemed offensive or inappropriate.
